After a successful career in the NHS, I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and opened my Private Practice in 2012. We help people make changes to their life using a blend of talking therapies, hypnosis and bespoke change programmes.

My recent exciting diversification has taken me into partnership with my life partner, an experienced Finance Director to design an improvement programme/ process to assist Business Leaders to be the best theys can be, professionally and personally.
