As a propagator of scientific approach to management he has run a lot of popular lectures for pupils, students and employees. Usually I'm a business coach and mentor for companies and NGO's. I help develop sales teams and managers from fmcg, pharmaceutical, automotive, cosmetology, confectionery companies. I cooperate with universities Kozminski at Warsaw, School of Banking in Torun and Bydgoszcz and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun. My passion are people. They are a challenge in themselves for me. I like to meet and get to know them. There are no strangers for me in the world, there are a lot of friends, whose I have not met yet. I like to discover the potential in people and capabilities to achieve above-average results, change the reality, surrounding me using positive beliefs and learn to be here and now from my children.
I enjoy traveling (especially culinary), because it invariably educate and give experience, riding a motorcycle, because it triggers a feeling of freedom and unfettered joy of life, exploration, because it builds curiosity, calms and allows you to quietly hide in the arcane history ... and most of my family, because They give me the honor of being for them.
