Associated with IT teams for more than 20 years, initially as a Quality Engineer, including QA team leader, then as Scrum Master. Daily, I support business organizations and education in building attitudes based on effective development through constant inspection and adaptation to a complex, rapidly changing environment.

I dream about the world in which we can have more authenticity, empathy, effective cooperation and dialogue in our private, professional and social lives. I fulfill this dream by working as a Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication ( empathic communication) and eduScrum, coach, mediator, academic teacher, Resonant Healing and Language Practitioner and MindSonar Analyst.
I support leaders, teachers, physicians, teams, organizations and individual clients in building professional and personal relationships based on empathy, ( self) trust, dialogue and efficacy.
My scopes of work mainly are: empathic ( self) leadership and communication, conflict navigation, diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, interpersonal neurobiology, agility in education, psychological safety and resilience. I co-create Empathic Way Europe team and non-profit campaigns # WidzęCzłowieka and Marathon of Empathy in Poland.
