📝 Jestem przekonany, że każda jednostka posiada niezwykły potencjał, który można wydobyć poprzez indywidualną pracę i szkolenia grupowe. Cieszę się zarówno, gdy mogę wspierać ludzi w procesie rozwoju indywidualnego, jak i prowadzić szkolenia na sali, gdzie mogę dzielić się wiedzą i doświadczeniem z grupą uczestników.

🛠 W mojej pracy kładę szczególny nacisk na otwartość i akceptację wobec różnic indywidualnych. Jestem głęboko przekonany, że każdy człowiek jest unikalny i posiada niepowtarzalne zasoby, które mogą prowadzić do najlepszych rozwiązań dla nich samych. Dlatego też staram się tworzyć bezpieczne i inspirujące środowisko, które zachęca do eksplorowania i odkrywania własnego potencjału.

📖 Moją filozofią życiową jest przekonanie, że "nawet najmniejsze odkrycie może być początkiem wielkich zmian". Dlatego stale dążę do poszerzania swoich horyzontów, eksplorowania nowych obszarów i zdobywania doświadczeń. Jestem zmotywowany do ciągłego rozwoju i zapewniania wartościowych narzędzi oraz perspektyw, które wspierają innych w realizacji ich celów i sukcesów.

I fulfill this dream by working as a Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication ( empathic communication) and eduScrum, coach, mediator, academic teacher, Resonant Healing and Language Practitioner and MindSonar Analyst.
I support leaders, teachers, physicians, teams, organizations and individual clients in building professional and personal relationships based on empathy, ( self) trust, dialogue and efficacy.
My scopes of work mainly are: empathic ( self) leadership and communication, conflict navigation, diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, interpersonal neurobiology, agility in education, psychological safety and resilience. I co-create Empathic Way Europe team and non-profit campaigns # WidzęCzłowieka and Marathon of Empathy in Poland.
I work in Polish, English and Spanish.
