Welcome to my page. I am an all-round trainer and coach on Personal Effectiveness, Teams and Project Management. Working mostly for industry, government and (health)care. Almost a third of my training is been delivered in the English language. - I use MPA as a start for coaching. - MPA is also a very good start for tailor made training. E.g. a training for internal auditors on quality in the child care institutions has been based on the MPA profiles of excellent auditors. - MPA within teambuilding to understand the team strength and weaknesses and the individual contributions to the team. - MPA in assessments. MPA helps my clients very well to come to a quick understanding of the specific behavior that is asked for in their situation or task. It gives a nice insight in the strengths and the pitfalls.
