I am an internationally accredited and certified life and business coach, mentor, and business consultant. I support people, groups and organisations in their development. I carry out individual and group sessions. For over 10 years, I every day help people improve the quality of their private and professional lives, because as you know, these two areas as closely interlinked. I develop their soft skills, as it is they allow you to achieve hard results. I assist in better management of their time, emotions, interpersonal communication, coping with stress and addiction on the one hand. On the other hand, I advise middle and senior level managers on key areas of business management to improve the quality of processes taking place in them. I design and deliver individual and group development programs, including workshops, training sessions and webinars reinforced with the coaching and mentoring process. I have worked more than 800 hours.
