My scopes of work mainly are: empathic ( self) leadership and communication, conflict navigation, diversity and inclusion, intercultural communication, interpersonal neurobiology, agility in education, psychological safety and resilience. I co-create Empathic Way Europe team and non-profit campaigns # WidzęCzłowieka and Marathon of Empathy in Poland.
I work in Polish, English and Spanish.

I have over 13 years experience as a mental health nurse and have worked in specialist services such as forensic mental health, personality disorder and perinatal mental health. I am passionate about helping people understand how and why they think and feel the way they do as well as helping them bring about the change they want in their lives.
